            My septic tank was last pumped out by *** * ** on 6/22/20 by ***** ******* who told me my leach field needed rejuvenation and he would do three treatments for $2500. He did the first one on 6/25/20 and scheduled the second one in August and the third in October of that year. He asked for payment in advance so I wrote him a check for $2,500. He never contacted me after that and only after I sent him dozens of texts and phone calls did he finally come out on 2/5/21 to do the second treatment. He never came for the third treatment even after I sent him several dozen more texts and phone calls. He finally told me he was not going to do it. I had Sullivan Septic service my tank on 9/28/21 and the driver told me that *******’s rejuvenation did no good at all for my system. They were aware of *** * **, ***** ******* and their reputation for predatory practices and faulty service. I want my $2500 refunded. I have text messages between ******* and myself which proves all said here.
