Subject: Formal Complaint for ********* **** I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with ********* ****, his company, Legend SEO And Website Design ***********************************************, and the lack of service provided after we paid him $600, for which he was bagging 2nd red flag. In our view, he failed to deliver any results and essentially took the money without performing the promised work.Initially, Christian persistently called us for nearly two weeks, which came off as overly aggressive and intrusive. Despite this, we gave him a chance and scheduled a Zoom meeting. He failed to attend, which was our first major red flag. Nevertheless, he continued calling and eventually convinced us to watch a quick demo of his services. The demo lasted only two minutes. He briefly showcased his ****** My ************** dashboard, claiming he managed 80 profiles but provided no real proof of value or performance. His pitch was vague and unprofessional. He assured us that for $600, he would optimize our *** profile and have it ranking on the first page of ****** within one month. We sent him our target city details three days after signing up. About 2 weeks passed with no visible progress. When we followed up, he claimed he was still waiting on the city infosomething we had already provided twice via ******** that point,we revoked his *** access and gave him two options: issue a full refund or start the billing cycle from that day and begin the actual work. He apologized and promised to start that night and post updates. We gave him a second chance. We asked for his email (twice) to reinstate access, but he never responded. Once again, nothing was done.We requested a full refund, and he replied the payment was non-refundable. After this, he began aggressively texting and calling us again, which we ignored. We made it clear: there would be no third chance. This entire experience was highly unprofessional, frustrating, and wasted time and money.

Hi, thank you for getting back to us. We conducted some research, and heres what we found:

The address listed on Mr. ********* ************ Business Profile is ***********************************************, and no unit number is listed. However, he never disclosed this address to us. In fact, he specifically stated that he operates out of *****************
According to the State of Colorado records (see attached image), the registered business address for Legend SEO is:
    **********************************************************************************************************************
Our bank statement shows that the $600 transaction was processed under LEGEND SEO AND WEBS via ********. Based on a search of the Colorado Secretary of States business database, only one entity with the name "Legend SEO" exists, and the address aligns with the one he claimed during our conversation.
Furthermore, we just realized that his registered agent is *****************************, which may be their mailing address.
Additionally, he contacted us using two phone numbers:

************** listed on his ****** Business Profile

************** not listed on his profile

Please let me know if you need any further clarification.
