Came in for an oil change a couple of months ago. Had this company do the job. Last Week my husband and a mechanic looked at changing the oil. Once they looked they saw that the bolt of the oil pan was incorrect causing the threads to be damaged. Confronted the store about the issue. They let me know that this was not there part and they had nothing to do with the mistake. They worked on the oil pan and bolt and offered a discount for a new oil pan since they knew this one was going to break because of the mistake. My husband and the mechanic saw that there was now oil leaking all over the ground and that the oil pan did indeed crack after the last service of this company. Called about the issue and now they would like to charge us $700 for the repair that they caused. The company is known in reviews for over changing and causing costly mistakes. The reason that they have explained to us that they are not liable is because the parts on the car do not match up to what they use. I explained no one has touched the car since. My husband and the mechanic took a look and saw that this was a huge mistake the company to the car.
