- In the event the owner cancels the contract, the owner agrees to pay Roof Worx, LLC: a) in full, on a time and materials basis, for all work and materials provided by Roof Worx, LLC as of the date of such cancellation; and b) a restocking fee equal to 25% for all materials ordered for materials that can be returned/canceled or 100% all materials ordered if the materials ordered are custom and/or cannot be canceled/returned.
