            On Thursday May 27th 2021, I dined at "The Still Whiskey Steaks" restaurant in Fort Collins, CO. with 5 other guests. The reservation time was at 6:00PM. The food and service was fine. My bill was for $101.08, (Check #78, table 205). I tipped the waiter in cash, ($20.00), handing it to him directly. I drew a line across the "Tip" segment of the receipt, and wrote in a total of $101.08 for the meal, and signed the credit card receipt. However, when looking at my credit card statement a few days later, I noticed that $15.00 was added to the credit card, (without my approval), for a total of $116.08. This is the 2nd time this exact thing has happened to me at this restaurant. The first time was in the winter of 2019. I have alerted my credit card company to the fraud, and they are doing their due diligence to inform "The Still Whiskey Steaks" restaurant about the fraud. Depending on the response from this complaint, my next action will be to notify the local Police Department.
