    I paid an application fee for a rental home property through TurboTenant. TurboTenant took my money but never sent the application. The rental property owner never received my application. After contacting TurboTenant, they refused to refund my application fee and stopped responding to emails.I assume this is the common practice of TurboTenant to take money but not fulfill their service requests. I can only imagine how many others have been scammed in this way.

    I contacted turbotent to view a property listed. I had to pay an application fee to view and the It stated Landloard/manager would contact me to view apartment I never heard from anyone. Turbotenant was quick to take the $55.00 fee. Do not use this service unless you want to be ripped off of your money. Im a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to be ripped off.

    Auto renewed my subscription found out about charges and I contacted customer service for refund and they denied my refund request. I clearly told them that I am not looking to rent this year and I might use the premium services in the future and still no refund was issued. Its a yearly subscription and when I called it had been just one month from the charges worst case scenario they should have given me a prorated refund. Will not recommend or do business with them ever again. Called support and they keep asking me to email, I dont have time to email back and forth for something this simple. Good platform, and I would have used them in future but due the lack of customer service I will not recommend. I asked management team to reach out to me since I couldnt speak with anyone and no response or care.

    Do not ever give this company you private information. I was answering a ad to rent a property and Turbo Renter promted me to fill out a application for the property so I did I paid $55.00 after I googled them to make sure they were legit and it said they were I sent in all my documents and it said the management name Illena would get back to me in 3 days I waited and got nothing. I called the property management and she said she only signed up for the free ad and I would have to resend all the documents and pay another application fee that is not refundable I said I already paid the ad that TurboTenant promted me to and paid $55.00 she Said she didn't get my information and all application have to go through Beach ******************************* Can you imagine how much money TurboTenant is scamming from these so called free ads. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT TurboTenant "Turbo Scammers" to no avail!!! Renters Beware!!!!

    The ease of use and understanding of the program. I used the program for the first time as a landlord this year, it made my coordination/communication with tenant a breeze. I would definitely recommend it for all future landlords.

    I love Turbo Tenant. Its easy to use, even for a non tech skilled person like me. I plan to keep using it for all my rental properties. Although the one time I emailed them about something I didn't receive a reply, that's why I gave four stars instead of 5.
