  Our project took a long and winding road to completion due to life circumstances (cancer, the economy, work challenges and more) and throughout the entire journey, the Mighty Hand team supported ** with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience. They were the best possible guides we could've wished for during our construction project, which was the first time for us (meaning we knew nothing at the beginning). Thankfully our trust was very well founded - this group of incredible people came through for us, repeatedly going above and beyond, until the successful completion of our project, ON BUDGET exactly! I cannot thank them enough and will recommend this talented team to anyone who will listen. In future when we need construction help, we will call Mighty Hand again!

  Mighty Hand has helped us rebuild after the Cameron Peak Fire. This is a challenging job during challenging times Their high integrity and quality of work has been evident. Their work with us to keep us informed even during these challenging times of worker shortages and supply chain challenges has been exceptional. We are thrilled with the results - this has been an amazing journey.

  Worst experience ever! We have built 5 new homes and this is our 3rd remodel. We were promised and paid for a premiere experience and it has been almost a year and our 1,000 sqr foot condo is still not done. From damaged property to incorrect specs and design with no real response from anyone in the company. We still wait for the other half of our barn door to arrive and be installed, a damaged mantle to be fixed and our primary bathroom pocket door that doesn't work and other issues yet to be resolved. As we wait, we are unable to rent or comfortably use our 2nd home. We feel we have been taken advantage of because we don't live in Colorado. Ironically, this is one of the reasons we chose Mighty Hand as they promised frequent communication given the distance. We have yet to hear a word and every few weeks we make contact and are given the same excuses. Unacceptable business practice.

  We are so sorry about this situation, project delays and setback can be so frustrating and discouraging. We want to apologize about any lack of communication you have experienced as this is not our standard or the normal experience for most clients. We pride ourselves in open and timely communication and will give feedback to our team to insure that improvements continue to be made in this category. To clarify, on Sept 19th the project manager did confirm that we would resolve all craftsmanship issues and install the remaining door as soon as it arrives. For further context, there were delays on your project due to supply chain, damages in shipping, and supplier communication backlog (just to name a few). Not all of these factors our in our control. That being said, we do acknowledge that the delays and set backs on your project have been excessive and unusual, and for that, we empathize. We acknowledge that this process was fatiguing and worth evaluating for the betterment of our team moving forward. That being said, the house is by-and-large complete and rent-ready. Again, we are sorry that your experience did not match expectation, and we look forward to resolving the issues and getting everything resolved in a timely manner.
