    Over priced and not taken care of. ********* dont have to adhere to any of the policies they list in the lease. People can party all hours of the night. They say no smoking but I literally see people smoking right behind the office on their patio. Also say that your balconies have to be tidy with nothing blocking the view or dog leads or pens none of which is enforced. Literally the nastiest patios on the whole complex are right behind the office and they do nothing about it. If you do contact management about anything the only thing they will do is send out a text. They dont address any issues and there is no consequences for anything. The complex is covered in dog p*** The buildings are falling apart inside and outside. They dont even hire legit crews to fix things or do the lawns. Its alway some no name company that shows up white vans with no name on it. They do mediocre work and come and go as they please. The worst part about all of it is they make it almost impossible to move once you are signed. They constantly raise rent. If you sign a renewal no sooner does your lease renew and they are asking you to renew again a couple months later. Like 9 or 10 months in advance. If you dont sign the first offer they send you then the next ones they send are higher and higher. Its a disgusting scam. These apartments are slums.
