    Had a leaking toilet in a rental home. Contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to assist. The technician arrived and promptly asked if if the toilet had recently had work completed, and who did the work? The standard fee for a leaking toilet was $420 regardless of the problem or the parts or labor to complete the repair. It may take hours!Another company visited the home 3 hours later and was able to complete the repair at half the cost in 20 minutes. Benjamin Franklin plumbing is built with a very active call center sending technicians that are unprofessional and very arrogant. In my mind this is a reason not to renew a business license. Based on the reviews I'm reading about this company this has happened many times before and will continue. Please don't use this business. *****
