Important information
- Advertising Review:On December 12, 2022, BBB requested that the business modify its website to be in compliance with the BBB Code of Advertising.
Specifically, BBB noted that the business’s "About Us" page stated, "We are registered with the PUC and are fully insured."
BBB was unable to verify that the business holds the proper license through the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
Therefore, BBB requested that the business provide documentation to demonstrate that they do, in fact, hold the required licensing and that the business maintains adequate insurance. If this substantiation could not be provided, BBB requested that the business discontinue the advertising in question.
The business did not respond to BBB; however, the claim above was revised to say, "We are licensed and are fully insured."
BBB again requested documentation to support that the business is properly licensed and insured.
The business did not respond to these additional concerns nor did they revise the website further.
