    So where to start on the stay from down below. When checking in seemed simple verbal agreements tap yes on the screen to acknowledge enter card for incidentals and here is your keys. You would think it would become oh turn the keys in and check out before your stay is up. Well no they slipped a paper into our room while sleeping. Literally opened the door and placed it about 4 feet inside the room with a pen and sticky note that read “if you would, please fill this out and return it to the front desk.” In my head I already agreed to what this paper said. Why would I sign it after already using the pin pad the night before? My first instinct was fraud. They want my signature for fraud. So I called some attorney friends and figured out what the laws are and my consumer protection rights. So I went to check out first then let them know whatever this is I’m not comfortable signing after already following procedure the night before, when checking in. The manager, who refused to give me his name or anything else for that matter. Started going on about his “investments” well to be honest he needed to invest in the correct size clothes he looked like a gangster. Pants sagging smelling of cigarette and all. This man started to yell at me over not feeling comfortable signing and sure enough threatened to forge my signature and demanded I leave and he would proceed to charge me daily for as long as he wanted. He threatened to call police and when we asked for where to file a complaint about this he became even more aggressive and charged from around the counter to attempt to “ban” my wife and I. This was a threat to our safety, all financially, physically and emotionally. I took the extra step to make sure my bank would not authorize any charges in addition to the initial charge as it is fraud. I contacted many sources and no here to complain and would like full refund for the inconvenience and lack of desire to provide a safe environment to stay in as proposed by federal law.
