    No one at the company will call you back answer emails or text messages definitely would suggest buyer beware

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our policy is to reply to all of our customers within a reasonable timeframe. If we are unable to contact the customer by phone, text or email; we do send out multiple letters and consistently pursue any effort to contact them about any open orders they may have with our company.At this time our records indicate that we do not have any outstanding orders for ******************.     I purchased a gun from this company 5 or 6 years ago and all went very smoothly. I purchased another one two years ago with a promise of delivery of Oct/Nov of the following year. I paid the 40% down and they had all kinds of promises for us. I continued to get invoices and decided to pay the balance (my mistake). The delivery date came and went which was disappointing since it was going to be a birthday gift for my husband which they had reassured me it would be delivered by then. When I finally reached someone to ask why the delivery commitment had not been made I was told it would be another couple of months. Afterwards, another email came from them saying it would be more like 6 more months. They now have my money ($3,000) and I have no gun or firm date when I can expect it. This being said we contacted them and told them we would like a refund with NO restocking fees. We have emails from them agreeing to this. They now have missed two commitments for getting the check to us and are now not responding. I guess we are just out the $3,000. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I WOULD SAY BUYER BEWARE.

We take all customer complaints seriously and are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. As soon as it was brought to our attention that you had not received your refund check by mail within the standard window, we moved to expedite a refund check overnight. Our records show that the refund check has been received and deposited as of January 29, 2024.Regarding the timeframe for the overall production and workmanship of the limited-edition shotgun, we apologize for the delay or any inconvenience you experienced as a result. Once your cancellation request was received, we agreed to honor a full refund with no restocking fee whatsoever as your statement affirms. Based on the date we received your order, November 28th, 2022, we regret that fulfillment on your shotgun extended 3-4-months shy of the projected average production window we strive for. Due to the hands-on nature of the labor and the time and attention to detail necessary for the exquisite embellishments, occasionally workmanship may take longer than the average timeframe, and we apologize for falling short. We apologize for any disappointment and regret that we were unable to satisfy your expectations. We hope that this response has addressed your concerns.Respectfully, ***********************

    I have purchased 3-4 pistols from American Legacy and 1 was a little late, no real complaints on the other ones. That was about 4-5 years ago or maybe longer.
    After ready their reviews, I’m afraid to place a order for “The Liberty or Death Glock” . When I looked at only 16 reviews it seems that there are right at twice as complaints as happy customers. I really liked that Glock. I doubt I place that order and that’s sucks!
