The item they sold me was broken, they informed me to contact the maker for an exchange of the product. When I contacted the maker the maker told me that One Love was an unauthorized ret***er and that they should not be selling this item. This is a non-nicotine vaporizer and the item was $300 dollars and One Love refuses to exchange the product and refuses to give me a refund. When I spoke to Chris N*** who is the CFO of the company and asked him to further look into how I can get this exchanged he screamed at me over the phone, calling me "baby" as I am female, and stated that he spoke with the companies representative. When I asked him what the representative's name was he admitted that he lied and that he was unsure if his company was an authorized ret***er due to not having actual communication with the companies representative. The item I purchased did not work the second I bought it and Chris's reasoning was that I should have tested it out in the store, though it would be illegal to do so. It is my assumption that he is authorizing his customers to smoke illegal substances (Marijuana) in his store to avoid being accountable for his products. Attached is the receipt for my purchase. I can also add provide videos and I have spoken to Zach who is the Greeley Store Manager and he said that they have made exceptions for exchanges though Chris N*** refuses to do so. All I asked for was a working product and he refuses to do anything about it or even become an authorized retailer with the products company. I have attempted to resolve this on my own but have failed to do so.
