    They habitually will not pick up my recycling. I leave it out on our sidewalk, and my neighbors set theirs out in the same location on the sidewalk. Their recycling is collected, and mine is not. I have called and emailed them on several occasions. They state that they will leave a ticket, and it will not be an issue in the future. They have refused to pick collect my recycling five times in 9 weeks. I left another ticket, but I don't expect them to alter their patterns. One week, I was outside, and the thrower picked up my neighbors, saw mine, and walked away. The only reason he picked it up that week is because the driver saw me and pointed to the thrower to go back and get mine.

    Terrible trash service! Horrible customer service. Upon cancellation we were charged a 50.00 fee to come pick up their container. We didn’t sign a contract and we’re never informed that this fee would be assessed upon cancellation. Highway robbery!! Is there any recourse for this fee?
