    I ordered a couch from Lazy Boy on 6/30/2022. It is set to deliver 4/5/2023. Total ticket price was $5,816.03. Sales ticket number 296-69074. Estimated delivery at the time of purchase was 18 weeks on the high end. This couch will be delivered over 9 months later. Although I understand Supply Chain issues, Lazy Boy customer service has been exceptionally poor. We received zero updates through this process unless we called the store, and when we did calls were not returned. I have have had to go into the store to get a response and display my frustration to get anyone to act upon my feedback. I was able to finally talk to the Manager, Nicole, once the couch was complete. She offered a $600 (10%) discount or to cancel my couch. Not great in my opinion. We are over double the amount of time I was originally quoted and frankly I have zero trust in the current delivery date. I would like an additional $400 (total of 20%) off at minimum to make up for the delays/issues and severe lack of resolution. It would also be beneficial to have Lazy Boy update their documents with accurate lead times and provide realistic timelines when people are spending an exuberant amount of money. There are excuses, and then there is negligence - Lazy Boy needs to adjust their practices.

    We purchased furniture from the ******************* location of ******** furniture, and have had nothing but trouble ever since. First, it took more than four months for our furniture to be delivered. Then when it was delivered, the order was messed up (they could not find the rug that we had purchased, and they only had the rug padding when they delivered our other furniture). We asked that they take the rug padding back and deliver it when the rug was ready to be delivered. It took another two months for the rug to be delivered, and when it was delivered, there was no rug padding. I called the store and left a very irritated voice message with the receptionist asking for the General Manager to call me back to find out why the rug padding was missing from our order, and the General Manager never bothered to call back. We find that this is very unprofessional and rude. We spend our hard earned money to purchase furniture and we are treated callously. Not only that but we are also already paying for the furniture that we still do not have. Do you think if we missed a payment that they would just ignore us? I do know that my wife and I are NEVER going to purchase any furniture or products from ******** ever again. All around TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
