    Very nice club amenities but beware when trying to cancel. The contract you sign when becoming a member requires that you provide 30 days notice to cancel. For example, this means you must cancel on or before June 30 to not have your August 1 bill be charged. You also have to go in person and sit down with a membership consultant in order to cancel, also quite a cumbersome and annoying process that shouldn't be necessary and is obviously designed to make it harder for you and easier for them. When I complained and requested that I not be charged the extra month, they were quite firm and stated that the contract was legally binding and there was nothing they could do. They did offer me a 30 day VIP pass which ultimately resolved my issue since I will actually use a single month at a later date, but I would think twice before becoming a member here due to their unfriendly business practices around membership agreements.

    Business is a scam. I had medical issues so coming in person to do an exit type interview was inaccessible for me until recently. So I was charged for months of non use and then when I cancelled they proceeded to charge me a hold rate fee of 40$ saying that it was because the rates have gone up. Then proceeded to charge me for a month after my cancellation. Avoid business at all costs unless you have deep pockets
