    In April 2025, I shipped a $3,700 piece of medical equipment through FedEx (Tracking # ************, Claim # C-201277356). The buyer, later confirmed to be fraudulent, refused delivery. FedEx kept my shipment in their possession for nearly a month, giving me conflicting tracking updates and sending me in circles with no clear resolution.When the package was finally returned, it was severely damaged, not properly repackaged, and appeared untouched from the original shipment. This damage occurred entirely while in FedExs custody and is the direct result of their negligence in handling and repackaging.I filed a claim with photos, proof of value, and all supporting documentation. On August 13, 2025, FedEx acknowledged my claim, then denied it without ever providing the required written reason or evidence to justify the denial. This violates FedExs own claims policy and is an unacceptable avoidance of responsibility.I am demanding immediate resolution:1.Full payment of $3,700 for the damage FedEx caused while in their possession.2.Written disclosure of the denial reason and all internal claim documentation.3.An explanation for the month-long delay and mishandling of my property.If FedEx fails to resolve this promptly, I will escalate to the Attorney General, FTC, and pursue legal action for negligence and breach of contract.

    I have now filed a formal complaint with the Colorado Attorney Generals office because FedEx continues to ignore me and refuses to respond.


    The package contained a $3,700 medical device that ********************** packaged themselves. The employee verbally confirmed the value when I shipped it in April 2025. The package was destroyed, and FedEx is falsely claiming there was no declared value. They only issued me $230.82, which is completely unacceptable.


    It has been over two weeks with no response from FedEx despite my repeated attempts to resolve this directly.


    I am demanding full compensation of $3,700. If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with small claims court and further legal action.

    I am urgently contacting you regarding my complaint against FedEx (ID: *********. After filing my report with the Attorney General last night, I discovered that someone from FedEx is now attempting to delete my account profile and erase my claim entirely. This is a serious issue and could be considered fraud.



    I have full documentation and screenshots saved on my end proving my original claim and all communications. It is clear that FedEx is trying to cover up their mistake rather than resolve the matter.



    This needs to be addressed immediately. Everyone has been taking too long to respond while FedEx is actively interfering with the process. If this is not resolved today, I will be filing in small claims court tomorrow and meeting with my legal team to escalate this further.



    Please confirm receipt of this message and take immediate action to secure my complaint before FedEx deletes any further evidence.
