I did not want to leave a bad review. However, I feel compelled to warn others. This guy is full of lies and unkept promises. I have spent a month trying to work with him past contracted date. He took more than half down for the contract, and I had to pay additional to the city for the permit. He promises to do things in his shop, but then turned my back yard into a shop. He stained before cutting, did not bring all of product pieces, did not supervise, promised to send his best and do it right, and... the final product was so bad that I had to insist that it be taken down. Again, more broken promises, he was not there to supervise, sharp metal pieces and screws were left strewn about, and his crew clearly are not skilled and do not know what they are doing. Despite promises and contract all I am left with is a mess and more "no shows" despite promises to perform and clean up. In addition, I was promised that he would be careful of the fact that I have an old blind, hearing sensitive and arthritic dog. During the process, he left a hole for a caisson unprotected and uncovered - 36 inches through concrete and mud and did not tell me. I have dealt with vet bills and calls to deal with his pain management for almost three weeks now. I give zero stars and warn you not to believe a single thing he says. He is very believable and may be good intended but simply can not and does not follow through on anything good.
