      Summary: I'm a retired military Veteran. We're very disappointed in the dishonesty, unethical behavior, poor customer service by ******************** (GPM), LLC (********** **). He installed the wrong make/model furnace (using cheaper inferior model instead). It performs very poorly, doesn't heat house, huge natural gas usage/****. He won't respond to our phone calls, texts, or letters to resolve the issues. It has been very cold in our house and is affecting our health. We've requested GPM either replace the furnace with the correct make/model, or provide refund/compensation for the inferior cheaper model. He's done neither.Details: 8/17/21: GPM inspected our furnace, said we needed a new one. He provided information (pamphlet), recommended installing an AMANA 2-stage High Performance 96% AFUE furnace for $4,700, which we agreed to. He prepared a bid quote, we paid him 50% down payment. (Note: his invoice had numerous errors, incorrect name, wrong address, incomplete furnace info). 9/10/21: GPM furnace installed, we learned he used a cheaper inferior ******* single-stage furnace instead of agreed-to AMANA 2-stage furnace. Other AMANA-******* dealers indicate the cost difference between the two furnaces is about $900. ******* furnace has terrible performance in our house. ******** *********** (CNG) tested the combustion, it failed specs, producing only ****** BTU instead of the spec of ******* BTU. Our CNG monthly gas usage (therms) for Oct-Nov-Dec was almost triple the amount for same period in Fall 2020 with our old furnace (consider that Fall ************************************ Oct-Nov-Dec); CNG says a new high-performance furnace shouldn't be using nearly that amount of natural gas. 11/6/21: GPM came out to check furnace, stated "I installed the wrong furnace", then stated "I'll make the issues right". He has not done so, nor has he made any attempt to replace the furnace with correct AMANA make/model, or refund. See attachments, letters.
