I have a number of ********************* that are so in abundance they won't all fit here.1st: the hot water heater went out in my daughters unit last month before Christmas which has not been repaired as of this day, my daughter had been boiling water so they could take a bath, she has 8yr child & is a single parent, the issue was reported when we 1st noticed ************** have been made several times to no avail.2nd: I am a lease to buy resident here on the property who was informed by one of the GoFresh owners (or at least that's how he identified himself to me) that since they acquired the property, they are no longer honoring but no one was notified of this, so imagine my shock.3rd: My lease contract states the amount of my unit but this same person took it upon himself to increase even though my lease for the original amount is still effective & even thought I have brought this up, it has not been corrected.4th: My trailer skirt was removed in Sept after numerous complaints of the foundation not being steady causing cracks & splits in the walls/ceiling, etc..the unit shook as a result of traffic, I had to clean the debris which was strewn about my patio & other areas which was medically not safe for me to do 5th: Repairs to my unit have yet to be made even though several members of GoFresh have been notified, they come out, take pictures & say: we'll get it taken care of & nothing, its been 2yrs plus 6th: My dishwasher went out about 3months ago, its still sitting in my unit broken waiting to be replaced, just like with the hot water thermostat for my daughters unit, its still on order.7th: The property hasn't been maintained to justify any type of increase in anything, all GoFresh cares about is overcharging current residents & misleading future residents (the rent prices have changed about 3 or 4times since they acquired the property even though the previous owners stated the rates would stay the same & professionalism is out the window
