    I paid Aapex Manufacturing ******* to manufacture some protective items for me. The contract was signed for materials, CAD designs for manufacturing, labor, packaging and delivery of 100 units. June 2023 with delivery estimated Mid August 2023. They delayed with Excuse after excuse about the fiber, material origin, and cost. I took it upon myself to source and test the materials. I told them exactly what fabric, who to contact , and where to order it in December 2023. after several follow up calls that were ignored, I finally got in touch with them in March and asked how it was progressing. They put me of again asking for more time, and stated there were some government entities that may be interested in a large order and that the initial run of 100 units would be done soon. May rolls around and no updates and no deliverable of any contracted components. So I reach out to the fabric provider and they state there has not been any order from Aapex on my behalf and the original 500 yard roll I had tested is still at 485 yards, as I bought the 15 yards for testing. I ask for a refund in May, send a Demand letter in June giving 60 days to comply and they are not responding to calls, texts, email , or linked in Messages. They have essentially stolen 5689$ for me and delivered no components of our contract.
