            Plan was to stay Friday 1/26 - Sunday 1/28 a two night stay at the hotel. Around 1 in the morning there was a knock from management across the hall - walls are paper thin, waking us up. Then about an hour later, we heard a ****** crying in the hallway begging to be let into the room. She bartered with erotic novels to trade for money since she wasn’t getting ***. When we went to explain to management the following morning we would not be staying and seeking a refund for the one night they said no. For our experience this is unacceptable. I am also attaching photos of the items from the hooker and of a transient who left their property outside the hotel also including the unclean room conditions. We are simply looking for our refund, even for just one night. None of this is the experience we sought when booking the hotel.

            Called and made a reservation over the phone. I requested an early check-in and they said they would put a note on my reservation. Went to check-in and front desk lady said check-in wasn't until 4 and I was out of luck. I explained my situation and she went to talk to cleaning staff. She got us into our room but I could tell it wasn't clean. There was a huge gap in the main door, hole in the wall in the bathroom, shower faucet broken, very little warm water, and just seemed very run down. I'm not sure how this could be up to code! The outside of the building had fire damage and was tarped up with equipment outside. There was also a sign on the front door from the city saying they had to stop working. Somehow they were working around midnight though making loud machine noises. This was an absolute rip-off. I will never ever go back or recommend it.

            Alaina O*** Please accept my apology for any and all inconvenience @ Estes park hotel, thanks for your feedback. Early checkin is only available when we have clean rooms, because of shortage of employees and supply we sometimes are not able to accommodate customers request. The building was built in 1970’s and it need all the building code to operate hotel. We get inspected every year from fire and building buildings department and make modification as needed keeping in mind the age of the building. We thank you for your feedback.
