    Refund and Exchange Policy
    Refunds must be asked for at the time of the service, if the service was not rendered.  Example, someone gets sick or frightened just before  the horseback ride, so they do not go. This only applies to 1 adult and 1 child. All other cancellations on reservations must be done a minimum of 2 hours in advance of scheduled reservation.  If a cancellation is not made 2 hours in advance, customer will be charged for the service in full.
