    I am writing to bring to complain about my stay at Idlewilde by the River and request a full refund. A group of friends and I stayed at Idlewilde by the River, #** Naughty Pine, from August 3rd, 2024 to August 4th, 2024.There were a few issues occuered during our stay. First, the air conditioning did not work and the second floor was extremely hot. My friends who stayed in two rooms upstairs couldn't sleep because it was too hot. Second, there was insufficient hot water supply in the shower. After the third ****** used it, there was no hot water left (the house description said this house could sleep up to 8 people). Two of my friends waited until the next morning hoping there would be hot water after a night, but there was none. Third, we attempted to contact the on-site managers and the emergency hotline while we were there but no one answered the phone.Due to the poor experience we had there, we tried to reach the ****** ***** to request a refund. She said that she would reach out to the leadership. We have waited for over twenty days but the leadership team has not yet responded.
