    We stored our brand new fifth wheel at this location for three weeks during that timeframe significant damage happened to the ** and although they advertise that its safe and secure with 24 x 7 high definition video when I asked to see what happened they claimed they had no video Including video of us coming in and out of the facility.Ideally, I would like them to cover the cost of the damage, especially since they dont have the video that they said that they have and advertise that they have. I am disputing with my credit card company the fees that they charged while we were there. Aurora RV Self Storages website states that the facility is always safe and secure with our high-end state-of-the-art security system and that your high-definition video surveillance allows us to see everything taking place 24/7. The fact that you cannot provide footage covering my **, and that staff have acknowledged the system was spotty or unavailable, is directly inconsistent with these representations. When I brought the complaint to their attention, the owner would not even reach out to me to speak with me. This is a company that does not care about their customers and falsely advertises their services.
