  We hired Garvins Plumbing and Heating to replace a sewer line from the house to the main sewer in the street in the amount of approximately $12,000.00 We were under the impression they completed the work until the system backed up again. My mother called the old company she is used to working with instead of Garvins and this is how we found out they did not complete the work. They stopped instillation of the sewer pipe at the sidewalk. ***** ***** who did the work stated he could get this done in one day and did not want to wait for an inspection. He said he could go under the side walk and thats what we thought he did. We at the time didnt know he was not suppose to do this as we are not plumbers. They are now trying to say my mother signed a contract agreeing to stop at the sidewalk, which makes no sense to do so, we would just have the same problem we hired them to fix. Now the general manager **** ****** presented a false contract to me which is in a mans name not my mother's name and insists she signed it. We also found out they did not pull a permit to do the work and their license is expired. Now they will not fix the problem for what they got paid to do. So i had to get the city inspector involved and he is telling me now that Garvins will only fix it if we pay another $3000 to fix the 4 feet they left under the sidewalk to the tap in the street. They were paid to do this work and falsely represented themselves and now we are stuck with the same problem we had in the first place.I contacted **** ****** to see if we can get a resolution and her response was to talk to her attorney and hung up on me.The contract is in a *** *******;s name my mothers name is ******* *******. I dont think they could remember her name so they put a *** ******* on the contract. As you can see in the attachments my mothers name and signature on they invoice from ********* compared to the invoice Garvins has given me. Garvins has created a fraudulent contract

  Ms. ******* has been turned over to our lawyer in part because the details of her complaint continue to change. This issue has been addressed with the City of ****** and the work is scheduled to be completed. Our contract specifically states the scope of work which the client agreed to and states that additional verbal agreements were made but then also says those verbal agreements were made with a person who doesn't exist. Both cannot be true, yet she is trying to bully us with claims of forgery, despite her paying for the work that she is claiming she didn't approve. ******** is completing the work ABOVE AND BEYOND the contract in order to resolve the matter and stop the harrassment and bullying by Ms. ******** Attached is the contract which states the scope of work and in which Ms. ******* and Ms. ******* paid. I highlighted the areas in which we stated the scope of work clearly and highlighted that she paid the deposit and upon completion which is proof of acceptance and proof of completion.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  Garvins has still failed to resolve this issue I included a photo of another company having to finish the work. Garvins is still refusing to make it right. **** ****** has sent the BBB a statement which is false accusing me of reporting to the BBB 6 different times with 5 different stories as the BBB you can see how many times I have reported her, which is just this once.  Garvins still is not able to obtain a licenses they the City of ******. She has tried to drag my name thru the mud accusing me of working the system what ever that means. She has falsified a contract with a person who does not exist at this address. They are the ones working the system with lies and theft. They were trying to empty my mothers bank account which I put a stop to. **** ****** is the general manager of this company and is the one who said talk to my attorney instead of trying fix the problem  she didnt like it she got caught and I exposed the dirty work they are doing to the elderly
