Not only did she botch the procedure but not once but twice I showed up for an appointment only to he told I wasnt on the schedule. My initial consultation went well but looking back on my interactions since that first day I realize she was just trying to sell me. When I went in for the procedure I was nervous because it was in a sensitive area and I was worried it may look weird or obvious. Instead of reassuring me she said in a snarky tone, Well I wouldnt still be in business if I didnt know what I was doing. She in fact ended up doing a poor job so my concerns were valid. They require you purchase an expensive cream ($150) even though its not necessary. I did love the cream but being forced to buy it is not ok. They even tried to charge me twice for it. I made my follow up appointment the day of the procedure. When I showed up for the appointment they said I wasnt on the schedule. The front desk girl was super sweet and said she could fit me in real quick. The provider was annoyed at me as if I had just walked in wanting to mess up her day when I was there for a scheduled follow up. She took a picture of me and didnt even look at my face. She only sat in a chair across the room and assessed my photo. I had concerns and her solution was for me to get another round of the procedure for an additional charge. I considered it but was so put off by how she treated me that I declined it. I continued to be unhappy and very self conscious about how I looked and called saying I wasnt sure what to do and the wonderful receptionist booked a consultation for me to go over options. Well I show up and my appointment is once again not in the system. Maybe they gave away my appointment to a paying customer. Maybe something is wrong with their scheduling system. I dont know but all I want is for them to care enough to help me. I regret ever going to Colorado Skin and Vein. They do not care and are careless.
