This business is no longer operating as Evergreen, they are now under the name EnviroPest. My complaint is with this location now that they are under EnviroPest. They claimed to be coming to my house and providing a service, but they did not notify me when they arrived to access my backyard or inside of my house to complete the service. When I called to let them know that I wasn't receiving my service, they called me a liar and said their tech notes were correct. I let them know I wouldn't pay for a service I didn't receive and they threatened to send my account to collections instead of investigate the issue or escalate to a manager. I have since reached out with no response. They are a shady and rude business that is not providing the service they charge for. When I asked for a call back the **************** person said his phone didn't work.Initial Complaint

We contracted Evergreen Pest in May of 2021. Evergreen promises complete customer satisfaction and we had many issues from the start with their product not working. As the year progressed, the company became less responsive, and things such as calls requested before appointments started falling short of the promise. We were told that we would be treated inside and out every service, but on our **************** we were told we now had to request the inside be treated, though we were never notified, and their answering recording still mentions that they will service the inside on their visits. Evergreen is supposed to service quarterly, and my last service was mid October 2021. We were supposed to have service in mid January, however the day of service, we received a pre-recorded call that they could not perform service. We rescheduled but it was almost 2 weeks later. On the day of service, we were called at after 3PM to say that they were not able to service us that day either. We rescheduled for the following week (2/1) which now put us at 3.5 months, .5months past what they promise. Mid morning on the day of service, we get yet another call that they could not service us that day. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told they were not available and they would return my call. 4 hours later after no return call, I call back and a manager answered. I told them I would like to speak with someone about closing my account without the termination fee as they were now in breach of contract. I was given the runaround and asked for this manager's supervisor or the owner, and they refused. I told them that I would be contacting the owner to speak about this further. After the call I received notice that my debit card had been charged the termination fee without them giving notice as the manager took it upon himself to cancel the account based on what he inferred. I called them back and they told me they only way they would refund the money was if I resumed service.Initial Complaint

They charge for a service that does not work. I have had them come out and re-do the service several times and it is still not doing anything or working. Called to cancel because they are not living up to their service agreement, they charged me $200 to cancel the service.
