    I received an order ****** from society 6. They are ******* ****** Strawberry Thief black out curtains. I paid $214 for them recd 6/27/2025. The image is blurry. I am guessing they do not have the rights to duplicate this design so they are producing a very poor quality design. They asked for photos, which I sent but they are no longer responding. Do I have any hope of getting a refund from them?

    We cannot locate any communication showing the submitted photos.
    Customer Service followed up on 7/8 to inform the customer that we hadn't received the photos and kindly requested they be submitted again.
    We have not received a response from the customer.
    A full refund has been processed.
    The customer may keep or donate the curtains as they see fit.

    A puzzle was purchased as a Christmas gift. The intended use of the gift was a family vacation. The puzzle was opened in June of the following summer. Upon completion a piece was missing. The company was contacted and they said they would not do anything about it.

    I received a damaged product. Ive been trying for a couple of weeks to get a response by using their online system but nobody is responding. I want a new one, I dont want to just return it, as I like the product. There is an employee named ***** who was very responsive regarding a pre-purchase question I had, so I even messaged her twice over a week to see if she would/could help but Ive received zero response. I called the number you have listed here and it says to go thru their website and hangs up, giving no other options.

    The customer service team attempted to respond on 5/30, 6/4, and 6/6; however, each time the email was undeliverable due to an error indicating that our address had been flagged as spam by the recipient.
    At this time, we do not offer phone support, so email was our only method of contact.
    Upon review of the artwork in question, the small black marks the customer mentioned are part of the original design. As such, a replacement would appear the same.
    We have issued a full refund to the original form of payment as of 6/11. Given that we are unable to reach the customer via their email address, ***************** no return is required in this case.
    To restore communication, the customer may unmark our email address as spam, or alternatively, contact our customer service team using a different email address.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and although this resolution is not what I hoped for, it is satisfactory to me.
    They claim though that I have marked their emails as spam, which made no sense to me as my inbox actively receives promotional emails from them daily, but to be sure I looked into it. I verified with my own account research that I have not spammed any of their emails, nor have I blocked them. So it makes no sense as to why they say they were unsuccessful in sending emails to me on the 3 occasions they claim. They also now claim, in response to BBB contact, that the black marks I see are normal but they are not seen in the photos and never emailed me this as a response.

    I ordered 3 pillows and when they arrived the pillows were smaller than described and the print quality worse than I expected. I have reached out multiple times to get a refund over email, filing a case and calling. Unfortunately they dont answer their phones. Its an automated system that just redirects you to emailing them..

    I ordered a framed canvas print from Society6. It was shipped weeks ago, but *** lost the package. Ive tried working with *** to find the package but they are telling me the company has to file a claim. Ive reached out to Society6, but they have not responded in over a week. The total for the item was $170.

    The customer responded on 4/29, didn't confirm the shipping address, but was inquiring about the status of the replacement.
    **************** replied on 4/30, requesting that the customer confirm the shipping address once more so that a replacement could be sent.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Society6 regarding a misrepresented product and the companys failure to address the matter in good faith.On March 18, 2025, I placed an order through Society6 for two bar stools advertised as having genuine zebra skin hide seats. The total amount charged, including shipping and tax, was $531.09. I received a shipping confirmation on March 21, and the stools were delivered on March 27.Upon opening the first package, I discovered that the seats were not genuine hide as advertised. Instead, they were plastic imitations, painted to resemble zebra skin. This was clearly deceptive marketing. The listing explicitly stated genuine zebra skin, which was the primary reason for my purchase.I immediately contacted Society6 to express my concern. In response, I was told that their products are created by independent artists and that what I received was consistent with a printed image. They stated that this was noted on the product detail page (it was not, at the time of purchase), and further insisted that furniture items are final sale and not eligible for return. They offered a 20% refund, which I declined, as the issue is one of false advertising, not buyers remorse.On March 28, I was told by a representative named ******* that she would escalate the case to her support team. Since then, despite repeated follow-up emails, I have received no meaningful communication. My last follow-up was on April 13, when I was told the team was still reviewing the case. I have since sent additional messages with no *********** of today, April 24, 2025, the stools remain untouched in the package room of my apartment building, still in their original shipping boxes.I am requesting a full refund of $531.09 and return authorization for the bar stools.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*** ****** - ***************** Order Number ******

    Hi there. This may seem a little strange, but i have tried to get Society6 to stop sending me emails to NO avail. Not sure why they wont unsubscribe I DID NOT sign up for this Junk Email harassment. Very tired of this and if they don't stop the emails I will have to start calling and emailing them every hour. If that doesn't do it i will take legal action - causing me unwanted aggravation and unrest. can you help me, at least post this Please Please Please.sincerely *** ***** - CEO *********

    I have been a S6 artist since 2013. I was expecting my earnings that were due to be paid out between April 1-3.I received 2 small deposits and 1 was missing.Because of the recent dumping of thousands of artists shops, we had no way anymore of accessing our earnings. I reached out to S6 in early March and I was sent a file of the upcoming payouts. I am owed over $1484 in earnings. I contacted S6 to ask where these monies were, and sent them screenshots of proof that I was owed this. They "investigated" and confirmed that indeed there was a glitch in their payment system and that I would get paid this money..... in May!So instead of doing what's right and paying me my earnings of the money that I was expecting right now, they have the audacity to tell me I have to wait another month to see that money. So nobody at S6 can release those funds???I am owed that money for sales I had in Feb and all those sales were cleared & owed to me in April payouts.

    Society6 charges artists for using their site, in addition to getting most of the profits. They started charging this year. They are obligated to provide the services for which they are *********** site has been down during Christmas, the busiest time of year, causing me to lose all sales. I have repeatedly tried to contact them with no response whatsoever. I have two tickets in with them requesting help with no response. Today is the 19th, past the date that people do most of their Christmas shopping, and my site has just come back up. It's been down all of December and they still have not responded.They need to refund their fee. It does not even begin to make up for the lost sales but I refuse to pay for their site when they are not providing the service for which they are charging.
