- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the furniture they have purchased will fit into the desired location at the delivery address. Oios Metals is unaware of any narrow halls, tight doors or turns, restrictive stairways or elevators which would cause the delivery crew to be unable to place your purchase where desired. If we are unable to complete delivery, the following deductions will be made from your refund.
