I placed an order on 7/7/21 for 2 sets of bi-fold closet doors (4 doors in total) to fit a non-standard closet opening of 46" x 80". The purchase agreement with Accurate Window and Doors was to purchase four standard size closet doors (24" x 80") and cut each to 23". The first doors picked up were the brand **************** but were cut to 23-1/2". The sales rep agreed that they would rectify the problem. We returned the doors.When I brought home the doors 2nd time, I discovered that each of the 4 doors had been cut differently & the cuts were not symmetrical, i.e., a different amount was cut from the inner and outer edges of each door; none looked the same & in some cases, the differences were 1/2", which was noticeable.Now mid-Oct, I raised the issue with the sales rep and provided pictures. He agreed to order new doors and start over. Didn't hear anything until Dec. 6th after leaving a message with the sales ********* new doors were ready for pickup. When my son went to pick up, they only gave him two (a different brand this time, Jeld-Wen). Once again, I called and left messages to ask about the other two doors. Finally talked to a woman in the office who said the other two boxes were there & agreed to have them delivered, with assurances that these were also "new" doors, not the ones we had returned. However, the two doors delivered were the *************** doors that we had returned, still with the pieces of paper that I had taped to them for photos showing the asymmetrical measurements.I immediately called and was told the owners would have to decide what to do. At this point, I want nothing more to do with this company, am willing to keep the doors, but I would like some compensation for all the frustration, hassle, and my time driving back and forth 6 times (1-1/2 hr round trip). I was repeatedly assured that the doors were done correctly, but obviously noone took a few min to back up those empty words.
