    April 2, 2024 On 12/4/2023 my company paid $759.97 to Pristine Screens (PS) for Sticky Clean promotional items which they have failed to provide to date. Over the past several months, PS has promised multiple shipping dates which have never been met. After months of waiting for the product and receiving inconsistent/conflicting excuses from PS as to why are aren't delivering the product, I have demanded they credit my charge card in full for the amount I paid. . They are refusing to do so and have now advised me to request a charge back from my credit card company. Placing the burden onto their customers of having to chase down credit card refunds for undelivered products/services is inexcusable. PS has recently offered to ship different product in lieu of that which I ordered. I am not interested in other products because what I ordered is part of a 2023 year end Thank-You gift package that I am still waiting to mail to my clients pending this specific product. I've already designed and completed my marketing documentation, labeling, pre-paid shipping costs and packaging based on this specific product being included in the gift package. Due to PS's refusal to deliver the product promised and refusal to provide a charge card credit, I can no longer trust this company as being reputable enough to do business with them .I now see several bad reviews are being reported on the PS website for undelivered goods. I have now given them until midnight (EST) April 3, 2024 to deliver a refund check of $759.97 to my company. If they fail to do that, my next course of action is to file a claim against them with the ***************** small business claims division. Any assistance you can provide to persuade PS to refund my money is most appreciated. Thank you.

    The company Pristine Screens did recently send a refund check for the full amount in question. Thank you for your service in this matter.
