The staff here is great. I have a problem with the practice. I have visited this urgent care many times and out of the 2/7 times I have gone they have not solved my problem. The first time, I had an STD that they chose to solve with a shot that had been replaced with another treatment by the *** 10 years prior. I had to seek the aid of another physician 6 months later with whom my issue was resolved. The second notable misdiagnosis was recently, when I checked myself in for a sore throat I had been having for almost 3 weeks. I had a different doctor, she told me nothing was wrong with me after swabbing me for COVID and Flu and a few other illnesses. She told me my pain was not viral, and it was likely pain from coughing, and I told her the pain did not feel that way as I know what a rough throat from coughing feels like. This was in my tonsils, and I told her so. She offered a prescription for a cough medicine, I asked if DayQuil was any different, she said no, and I disclosed that I had already drank 2.5 bottles to no avail. I later got a tele- appointment with my regular practitioner and he prescribed me with an antibiotic that cleared me of my pain within days without even looking at my throat. Im infuriated with this urgent care for many reasons, and from my constant experience of maltreatment over the past 3 years Im sure that this has inconvenienced other people as well.
