On December 11th, I hired Tavo's auto Glass to replace the windshield on my 2019 Honda Pilot Elite. They also offered me their windshield wipers, and I thought the price was good, so I said yes. The windshield I requested were the original ones for my Honda Pilot, so the cost of installation, labor, windshield, and wipers was $435 (I paid they cash). The problem arose on Saturday, January 25th, when I was returning from work at 4 am. It was snowing and the windshield wipers which were brand new snapped on the highway. This caused me to go off the road and ask for help, I couldn't drive with the broken wipers because I couldn't see anything. A relative picked me up, and that same Saturday I bought new windshield wipers ($90) . However, on Monday, when I washed the car, I noticed that the glass was scratched, so on Monday, January 27th, I called Tavo's Auto Glass because, as a result of the poor quality of the windshield wipers they installed, my windshield was scratched on both sides. The person who answered my phone call said they'd file a report, that insurance would call me, and that they'd replace the windshield. I waited and waited, but no one ever called me back. So today April 4th I called them and the person who answered my phone said they'd never heard of my case and he's the only person who handles complaints. Then he called me back to tell me that insurance doesn't cover scratches and that it was caused by weather. I told them I needed help because the damage was due to the poor quality of the windshield wipers they sold and installed. They refused to help me with windshield replacement and said their insurance doesn't cover it and that they weren't responsible. From the start, those wipers were of poor quality, made a disgusting screeching noise while being used and were larger than the original ones my car came with. Please help me hold this business accountable for the damage caused by a poor quality product they sold and installed.Customer Answer

I took my vehicle to get a cracked windshield replaced. When I got home I noticed that there was a lot of damage done black oil stains all over the interior scratches on my dash board leather . My seat belt cover was broken and thrown in the back seat . I rescued our multiple times and was told they would call me Back never did called once a day being told the owner would call me And he never did . I finally got on the line with someone and he told me Send pictures and he will Look and make An estimate of damage than heard nothing called again and the he said he was closed on the weekend to call Monday he than hung up on me and when I called back he said the call dropped and hung up again with no attempt to call me back . I am rejecting this response because:this company has never reached out to me. Theyve hung up on me multiple times when Ive called ive been lied About receiving callbacks ,
They said that they are closed on days that I wanted to come in and get my vehicle inspected for damages And that they would give me a call on Monday morning, so that they could see the damages that they did, even though I sent in the damages to them. They have never once reached out to me or showed any concern when talk to on the phone when I talk to you on the phone kept giving me the runaround and I feel like they just dont care if you read the other reviews on their website, theres many more customers who have had this done to them. The damages to my car are well over $600. If not more plus the cost I paid for the windshield if they would like to make it better they will refund me and pay for the detailing and for the broken seat in my car as well as the The damage they did to my interior theres scuff and scrapes all over the leather dashboard that were never there before. This company does not care about their customers, or even attempt to make them feel like they care.

This man *** from Tavos has never reached out to me and that is not my phone number that he claims he is texting and calling also I called to speak to *** and the staff said they have no *** at that company and when asked to speak to a manager they had no clue who that was and said she would call someone to call me back .

Very low quality job and customers support. This company replaced my window and the job was done awful. Window doesnt stick to the seal anymore, theres a gap there, water comes inside and I can hear wind blowing there. Also the job wasnt done clean at all. Glue is everywhere - on the glass and plastic. End of august I got my windshield replaced on my 2020 jeep renegade. The rain sensor did not work after they replaced it. I had to drive back down to their location for them to fix it and they didnt. I have been calling and emailing since then with promises of returned calls and they never did. Their technicians finally came out to fix it, claimed it was working and left. I have video proof it still isnt working. They are refusing to do anything further to make the situation right:
