  I have hail damage on the window trim. I have called in several times, they promise great customer service. THEY FAIL AT COSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T WARRANTY THEIR WINDOWS!!GETTING HELP AFTER PURCHASE IS IMPOSSIBLE!!I HAVE OTHER WINDOWS BEING REPLACED FROM A HAIL STORM, I AM CANCELING ANY WORK WITH PELLA!!I WAS READY TO HAVE THEM REPLACE MY WINDOWS FOR 27 THOUSAND DOLLARS, AFTER THIS COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PELLA.BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE LACKING COMPASIION, AND DO NOTHING TO HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY!!BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

  I wish I had ****** characters to tell you the awfulness I experienced. They don't deserve 1 star.1. The crew were subcontractors and permanently damaged my house (after I was told I would get only Pella employees on my project)2. I had to spend over 40 hours cleaning and fixing my own house after they left 3. I had to have Pella send out another 2 crews to fix my house 4. Their words: "shotty work", "I'm glad the other crew was fired so I don't have to clean up any more of their messes", "looks like a bomb went off in here", "this was an easy job - just drywall and vinyl windows" I can't believe they did such a bad job.5. They put my health and safety at risk by leaving handfuls of glass in my house, in my windows and around my house. There was a layer of dirt and dust on all surfaces of my home.6. They were late on multiple occasions 7. Poor communication and organization from all except the last crew 8. They left 2 holes in my house siding that let rain in my home 9. They installed 6 of 20 windows incorrectly that let water in my home 10. They permanently damaged my siding and damaged my drywall that they then "fixed"11. They left trash and scraps (metal and caulk) all over my home that I cleaned up 12. They initially offered me 0.8% of my cost back as consolation for my horrible experience. They said they normally don't give customers back money for issues they can fix (after they created them). I got them up to $2,000 back after much time and arguing. 13. The initial 4-day job turned into a month-long project that put extra stress and requirements on me and left my house a mess for all of that time.I advise you - do not use this company.

  Pella Windows & Doors of ****** and Northern Colorado recognized that there were some shortcomings in the quality of install and cleanliness of the jobsite owned by ***********************  While regrettable that this occurred, we did promptly make all needed and requested repairs and cleanup to make the project complete.  Along with apologies for her experience we issued a $2,000 credit as a gesture of good will.

  -They sent a salesperson (*******) who took me for a round of golf and acted like a child to the point I had to leave.-After months of waiting they sent two installers who broke our brick and tried to hide it. It delayed our install for another two weeks, and required a ***** for the repair.-They sent more installers. **** made fun of us without knowing the window was open. That was right after we told him we appreciated his professionalism. They left several screens uninstalled.-They broke several branches on our trees while backing down our driveway, despite the fact we requested they be careful. Other companies who have come down the driveway with large trucks have had no problem.-Some of the windows have glue on the seams. It seems to be dripping inside layers of the glass.-This morning the final inspection rep drove in to our driveway, got out of their car and left. When we called we learned he lied and said he had knocked on the door.-We paid more (in cash) for these windows than we would have for any other brand because we thought Pella was the best.-I wish we would have chosen ******** because my brother's experience with them was much better. I'm still afraid that our Pella troubles aren't over because of the glue mess.
