    Mar. '22, we entered into a Contract with Constructify for a residential remodel project & paid a deposit of $81,989.21 in Apr. '22. We later paid $53,500.00 on late Oct. '22. Work began that same month. Early Dec. '22, we were notified that our project was expected to be completed by early/middle of Jan. '23. As work failed to be completed and no one was physically coming to do work on our home, we made several outreaches to the representative we had been working with through Constructify to get clarification on our projects delay. While these outreaches were successful in connecting with him, we did not receive any resolution to our project. We then connected with the contractor assigned to our project at the time. When discussing our project with the representative from Constructify, we would be redirected to the contractor who would, in turn, redirect us to back to the representative. Eventually in May '23, it was determined that our project would require a permit (which was eventually obtained by Constructify). Also in May '23, we began requesting a meeting with the owner of Constructify to discuss our project more directly. We were notified that he was too busy to be able to schedule a meeting with us. Beginning of July, '23 the contractor notified us that he had been removed from the project. We then contacted Constructify to get information about the future of our project and we were given none. Later in July, 2023, I called and spoke with the owner and was asked to have patience with our project.In August 2023, we communicated our plan to contact the BBB to resolve our project as we had not heard anything about it. In Sept. '23 the owner did some work on our home and that was the last we have seen of anyone working on our home. We texted the owner Monday evening and have not heard a response.

    A contract was signed on January 9, 2023 for a INEX Pivot Door System with an advertised and estimate lead time of 6-8 weeks. After many delays, the system has not yet been installed with no definite installation date. Instead of the 6-8 week lead time we are now 21 weeks out and still awaiting install. Communication has been lacking and I am still awaiting for a call from *** (Owner) for details. I am requesting for a BBB resolution as described in section 12 of the signed contract.

    We have ordered the door and been in communication with ***********. Our supplier had a very large order that was ahead of everything else. We are still awaiting the arrival of the door and will get it installed as soon as it comes in.
