    We contracted with 303 Windows in the Spring of 2022; the installation was mostly smooth and completed within a couple of days. However, during installation, a crew member damaged the frame on a screen for our kitchen window, and left it in the window. Owner said they would replace the screen, and finish up work on a few small outstanding items. Other items were completed, but no one ever came back with a new screen. I emailed the owner on 9/27/2022, 11/4/2022, and 5/23/2023 and received no responses to any of my emails.We just want 303 Windows to put in an undamaged screen.

    We made the wrong screen size. We are remaking it and the correct screen should be ready before the end of April.

    I'm still waiting for 303 Windows to finish the job with hr correct item. They have provided the incorrect item twice.

    Have used 303 Windows for two separate jobs, replacing all of our homes windows. Have previously been very happy with business including service levels. Over the last few months have reached out repeatedly to business via phone, text and email with no response. Windows still under warranty and two need addresses due to cold air leaks. Very disappointed we havent recd a response.

    We have done business with them three times, we ordered windows from them for our primary house in Aug 2021, the windows werent install until January 2022 due to supply chain issues. During the installation there were four screens that were missing, promises were made that the screens will be deliver in a couple of weeks, however, excuses after excuses were made to deliver those screens, but nothing ever happen. The last touch point we have with the owner, *********************, is in August and he said he will order the screens for us again. Now the *** is avoiding our calls all together. Very unfortunate that I have to make this complain about them now. T

    I am rejecting this response because: The owner has came over three times to install the screens, but all three times he brought the wrong sized screens. The original screens have not been delivered, and the owner said the won't be deliver between October *****. I would like to wait until the proper screens have been delivered before accepting any resolution
