  ***** on their customer service chat. The next day I was charged, and they refused to refund me because the medication had shipped. Medication I did not request. I spoke to a representative on the phone who saw the records of my request to cancel prior to the prescription being charged and said they would refund me. After they spoke to their manager I was told they cant accommodate the refund. THEIR mistake cost me $$$. I hope this honest review saves someone else and costs them 10x what it would have cost to be a company with integrity and simply do the right thing.

  Everything was going smoothly for my first order. My second order was a disaster. I went through my check-in update, and the end screen said I would be charged $0 today. Then, within 20 minutes or less, the physician approved, and I was immediately charged $296.00. It put my bank account in overdraft as I wasn't expecting to be charged for at least a day or two (which would've been my payday). You cannot cancel your order once the physician has approved, and that happened in under 20 minutes while I was at work - so there was ZERO time for me to cancel the order to avoid being in my overdraft. Upon realizing this, I immediately got into a customer service chat and explained the situation. Someone responded that they would "escalate the issue to get it resolved." I waited for 20 minutes with no follow-up response beyond that. I then received an email stating they no longer provide cancellations or refunds! How do you not provide a refund for an order that isn't processed yet?! I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank. Some of the worst and most uncompassionate customer service I've ever experienced.

  The version of sublingual *********** offered by this company has NO proven clinical efficacy and is marketed purely as a more palatable alternative to injectables. Despite reaching out multiple times with concern about the medication I was prescribed, Ive received only vague responses from support who do not even attempt to andar my questions, not an actual medical professional. They ignore questions for days and leave patients feeling unsupported. An honest medical company would acknowledge the lack of evidence for the absorption and effectiveness of this sublingual product and wouldnt sell it to patients. Claims are completely unfounded for this delivery method. Look elsewhere for a provider you can trust. Patients deserve transparency, real support, and treatments that are backed by evidence, not a practice that signs their name on anything for profit.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an awful company with terrible customer service. They somehow merged/mixed the info in my medical file with someone else's. When I tried to get help they wouldn't help me aside from saying they'd inform someone in management. Meanwhile, they'd already taken $196 from my card. I requested that my account be cancelled immediately and they refused. Be cautious when dealing with them. I regret ever signing up. This company, in my opinion, is a scam. And what's worse is they now have medical information on me and I have no way to get them to delete it.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM. **** will reply to you right away to get you set up with a doctor who wont hesitate to prescribe you weight loss drugs. Youll receive poorly packaged and damaged goods, and nobody will help you. I have emailed several times within the last week, sent dozens of support chats and asked repeatedly for help with ZERO response from the company. I dont know that the medication I received is even legitimate or safe to use. It arrived in a plastic bag, leaving with a label that is not legible. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM.
