    Currently having a 'mixed feelings' review. Our HOA community has had a Website with Neighborhood Link for many, many years. We've been very happy with it. However, around June 2024, we noticed that our Site was no longer active. We have repeatedly sent emails and called and have had no response whatsoever. We do notice that their main Webpage is still active and other communities are still online. We were doing the $199/year upgraded service vs the FREE service. We have no idea what is going on and with no contact from anyone at the company, it's becoming very frustrating for our members not to be able to access our community Website. We used to be able to contact a woman named ***** at the number listed on the BBB Site, but now when we leave messages, we get no call back. We leave messages via their online contact email and get no response. Other reviews discuss similar issues and maybe an issue/glitch in their system creating problems. That's fine and I'm sure can be fixed. But the lack of communication is the most frustrating part. Would some please respond to the call and emails? That would be much appreciated.

    They are happy to cash our check every year but have stopped any updates to their web hosting service. They no longer update the *** certificate and they do not respond to support requests. Additionally their "contact us" form is noticeably no longer working. This business is owned by ecentral.com also registered in ******** with a mailing address of a temporary office rental company.

    Terrible ***************** Our HOA Board and current webmaster have had zero response to problems we are having with the website and no one answers the phone number provided, returns calls, or responds to emails. They are clearly not particularly interested in their own website either as evidenced by one of their testimonial links they provide for Rustic Oaks HOA on their information page. Go ahead, click on the link in the testimonial from ***********************-Rustic Oaks HOA on the first page of ************************************** We just needed some help but now we want ********** back so we can move on to someone that cares.

    Horrible business. Our HOA has used this site for years and I have called/emailed for the past 3 weeks of how to pay our bill and got ZERO RESPONSE!!! I found an old invoice and sent a check out feb 6 to ********. We always spoke to a lady who always answered the phone who must not work there any longer. This will be our last year as this site has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO WHERE ON THE *** PAGES TELLS YOU HOW OR WHERE TO SEND THE PAYMENT!! I rate this company a zero out of 10! ************
