It'll be hard to be constructive, but easy to be honest. I knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish before meeting them. Once they had that information they repeated it back to me to make the sale, but as soon as the money was paid I was promptly steered me in a different direction. I needed a high-performance website; they misguided me into their "M3 ****************** Machine" - something I never asked for and was never constructed anyhow. The price tag for this mysterious solution to all my problems was $10K. I regret not having seen the warning signs sooner. These people had difficulty with even basic communication, but had no problems when it came to demanding money and for the entire project cost to be paid up front and BEFORE any milestones were delivered. They spent more than 12 weeks doing who knows what and when I refused to pay the $2,500 required to complete the $10,000 cost, they sent me a video message saying "we've pulled out - forget everything." They planned to keep my $7,500 and deliver nothing in return! Of course, I fought back and won - getting most of the money back. But they were a nightmare to work with - unprofessional, unprepared for the type of work they promised to do, and completely insensitive to a small business owner while maintaining their must "pay themselves and their employees first" stance. Both project owners spoke rudely and unprofessionally to me on several occasions but above all it was a catastrophic failure resulting in nothing more than time wasted on profiling my business in lieu of designing an actual website. I was pressured into signing an electronic form to approve a very vague aspect of their work which they then positioned as a 'point of no return' contract form to ensure that no matter what, they get paid. I learned a great deal by this experience but only for a very steep price. I can't stress enough how little I think of them and hope that nobody has to have an experience like I did.
