    I moved to Sploot in search of a caring new vet after our vets office closed. My dog is on 5 meds and it was critical to get him onboarded with a new vet for a comprehensive visit so that we could continue his prescriptions. Sploot was able to make an appointment quickly, and we paid close to $600 to ensure he was fully checked out for current levels of meds, etc. We refilled one prescription that day. Later, when we needed his others refilled they acted as if they had no idea about these medications and asked him to come in again. I had to fight to have them look again at records only to find the info was there. I then had to fight and I am still fighting to refill the medication bc they use a ticketing system and the vets are never there. My dog has had diarrhea now for three days as we fight to get his refills. This is unacceptable. This vet needs consulting for bettering their processes. Its a complete mess and has been very emotional as I watch my dog suffer.

    Sploot doesn't use approval contract and can perform ANY SERVICES they want, then charge you ANY AMOUNT they want.This happened to me and my 2 cats when one of their medical directors (without my permission) performed bloodwork on 2 of my cats and slapped me with a $598 ********* the other reviews... Sploot scams their customers and should not be trusted.

    Weve been long-time clients at Sploot ******** (visited the Highlands Clinic as well as other clinics in ******), and I cant recommend them enough! Weve brought our dog in for everything from emergencies to routine care, surgeries, and dentals, and each experience has been outstanding. The team is incredibly professional, kind, and always goes the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.What really sets them apart is their Fear Free approach, which has made a huge difference for our dog. Plus, the convenience of being able to text them and handle so much online or through the app is a game-changer! If youre looking for top-notch, compassionate care for your pet, Sploot is the way to go!

    Stay far away from this vet! I was initially reeled in by their convenience. (Open 7 days a week! Nearby! Same day appt, text the vet! Nice new facility!). However, after wrangling with them over fees cannot recommend them at all.I called them to make an annual appt for my cat, who is notorious for hiding when I have to take her somewhere. Knowing this, I told them I needed to clarify cancellation policy up front. They said a CC would need to be on ************** run, but if one had to cancel but rebooked immediately, deposit would be held until until next appt. Ok, fair enough. So of course the cat didn't cooperate & l had to cancel, which I did along with rebooking at same time. Well, instead of one pending $88 charge, they went ahead & posted the initial deposit AND ran a second for the subsequent appt. I contacted them, business mgr didn't budge so told them I was disputing w/CC provider. This is ridiculous - I'm 60 & have had pets all my adult life, & never had these issues with a vet. Please know before you schedule that this is how they treat clients and that you can easily find a vet that doesn't
