    I purchased a one owner 2022 ****** Tacoma online in ******** from **************** at Urban Motors Blue on 8/29/2022. I have complained about the scratches since the delivery day on 9/12/2022. When the truck arrived at first glance from 30 feet away I could easily see a long ***************** on the door which turned out to be a deep scratch to the bare metal, as I got even closer there were several deep scratches to the bare metal then noticed them all over the entire truck. I first contacted the salesman ****** same day 9/12 as he was the salesman who was asked by me personally online, and on the phone to please go out, and take pictures of (any scratches), dings or damage that he sees. I was then told by him No Sir there are No Scratches it is perfect I see nothing at all which I was very serious about before making the purchase that I have saved all the wording in our emails to prove this. I realized it was (very high priced) however he would not budge or be talked down at all without even offering me free delivery or any break everything was paid by me personally making me believe it (must be flawless pristine with no damages so I jumped on it trusting his knowledge). I then began talking to ************** Service Manager who had told me he was sorry to take it to the closest ****** Dealer here to get an estimate which I did. I sent him the 5 pages worth of paper work to get this (repaired correctly) at a final cost of $3,685.27. I was told by him at this point he would inform the General Manager ************** to see what could be done however he promised to call me back the next day which he never did, and has just avoided me since. I then spoke to *************************** twice who was given my phone# to have ************** the General Manager call me however he has just (completely avoided me even the email) I have sent him.     Management claimed they would fix issues with my suv, had it for 3 hours said it threw a code but they couldnt get it before it cleared and said to bring it back if it happened again. A day later same issues and they gave me a loaner while they took my suv to diagnose problem stating they would send it to Jeep for updates and check for codes again in their shop. Within 5 mins of driving their neater loaner off the lot it started making loud noises and when I contacted dealership he said it was the tires rubbing. Next morning the check engine light came on the beater loaner and was driving weird with loud noises. I was to make a long distant trip that weekend so asked if my suv was fixed and if not can they give me a loaner without a check engine light on. I was met with passive aggressiveness from the manager stating they couldnt fix my suv because no codes were pooping up (after he stated he would identify what out of the 3-5 issues it could be and send to the shop) and that I could either leave my suv another day or take my business somewhere else. When I left a review it was also met with passive aggressiveness. Still having issues since day one of driving suv off lot and I had voiced my concern before buying it and purchased the warranty and told I was sort of the family and they take care of their customers and that hasnt been the case. Still having same issues. Owner is only nice till theres an issue
