    These two teams of tree removers were completely professional, very careful, cheerful, and they didnt damage anything significant when they did their work. They removed every bit of stray wood that was reasonable to expect a crew that had been working nine hours almost nonstop, very strenuously. The workers are amazingly strong and coordinated. id be happy to use them again.

    When I first called north metro monster tree I was given an appoint for an estimate and the next day the owner contacted me and cancrled the service because of a previous conversation with them.I would not recommend to anyone.

    We do our best to provide courteous, professional service to everyone we work with.  In this case, we made the difficult decision not to move forward based on a prior experience where our team members were mistreated and a previously approved job was cancelled.  We believe in treating both our customers and our staff with respect, and sometimes that means choosing not to proceed with certain projects.  We wish Mr. ****** the best in finding a company that's the right fit for his needs.

    I had to get the trees trimmed before I could close on my house. And they came to my rescue. He did a tremendous job and they cleaned it all up and it looks wonderful and safe for the new owners.     Monster tree did a great job on my extra large maple. Excellent communication, Competitive pricing.Good scheduling, they were here on time.Did a great job trimming the tree and cleaning up after.

    Is there a negitive star rating system?Terrible from start to finish. Damage to personal property, large potted plants on our porch mangled when a cut branch came crashing down- 2 glass lawn ornaments broken, plant nursery destroyed, damage to a neighbors fence etc etc.. unfortunatly the list goes on. They tried to cover up the damages so I wouldnt notice right away, but found more things broken as I started cleaning up the mess. They also left my yard and roof a horrible mess and only cleaned up the large limbs that they cut. When I called to complain, the office manager was nice enough and asked me to send/text her pictures of the damage; which I did. She said she would send a manager to see the damage and reach out to owner of comany and call me back. Was not contacted again. I called again the following morning and was promised that a manager would come out fairly soon. Instead got an EXTREMLY rude "Arborist" whom showed up and without knocking or introducing, saws off a branch from one of the other trees they damaged the day before and when asked who he was, and to stop cutting he was rude and insultive to me and my teenage son and laughed at me as i tried to show him the damages. He took the branch and left as quick as he came without even discussing the issue. I called office manager to tell her she said she would put in a call to the owner and send a manager out to our house and then never got a call or anything more. I took two afternoons off work waiting for someone to come and now they now dont answer the phone when I call. No one has paid for any of the damages caused. No discussion about a resolution of any kind. I will most likely have to get a lawyer and go to court over this. Would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone. Worst tree trimming experience of my life.
