    Intelliride is the WORST and HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH Mom complained so MANY times about their services she lost count. They did NOTHING!They were ALWAYS late or never showed up. She'd have to reschedule many of her appointments. As if that's not stressful.The last time she rode with them she was stuffed in the back seat with her rollator ****** and someone elses rollator ******. The other passenger they picked up, after they picked up mom, refused to move her seat forward so mom's knees weren't up in her face, literally. Then when she was dropped off the driver refused to help her out, so mom had to open the car door, fall out onto the ground to get out. The drive wouldn't even help her up off the ground.****** Intelliride Complaints and you'll find all sorts of complaints against them.****** Intelliride ******** News and you'll find headlines like 1.     ON PHONE SINCE 8:05 AM WAIT TIME 5 MINUTES STILL DID NOT ANSWER FOR 25 MINUTES AGAIN DATE3-72-2023 VERY DISAPPOINTED THE USUAL WAIT TIMES IS 1HOUR +EITHER THEY NEED TO TRAIN NEW PEOPLE THIS IS UNEXPECTEDLY LONG LONGER THEN COMPANY THAT RAN SERVICE EE ALL NEED TO CALL MEDICADE TO COMPLAIN WE WAITED 10 MIN OLD COMPANY NO COVID COME ON THANK YOU

    It would be zero stars if I could have that option. The reservation agent was rude and condescending and hung up on me without even saying goodbye. She was also extremely intrusive about what my appointment was for and wouldnt stop asking why I needed to go to this medical appointment. The driver didnt say one word to me for the entire trip. The only thing he asked was where he could pick me up. The van was dirty and my wheelchair barely fit inside it. He kept slamming the ramp into back of my very expensive wheelchair, trying to get it to fit in the van. No one should have to be treated like that. I would highly recommend just going with ************* (and thats saying something).

    This company is all that the others are complaining about..a pure s*** show! I cannot believe that they are still in existence and still able to provide such s***** services to those in need here in ******. Someone needs to pay attention, perhaps going to the news channels might create awareness of this company and hold them accountable for the many many complaints and reimbursements that I am reading about. It sounds like a repetitive broken record of same stories from different people. Talking to supervisors to get answers and then calling back for reps to say that someone will get back to you is nonexistent. I dont know how much times I called to follow up on my reimbursement to have no one call back.
