  I told them to leave my private property and they refused breaking a law the guys pushed me in front of my son dont use this company **** poor men who drive a red tow truck. Maybe they need to read up on ****** if the person said they need to get off the property they need to unload a car and follow the directions..

  This company has top notch caring professionals. I can't say enough about how quick and efficient this process of being towed was. ****** was a down to earth human being. Here's to a company with common sense and kindness, which I find rare in any company now days.

  I parked at my friend's business where I had permission to park, and have done so many times. After I parked, I left with my young kids to go to dinner. As I was doing so, a black Cadillac CT6 (Driven by the owner, ***************************) pulled in behind me and made a phone call. Shortly after, (20 minutes) we checked on my car and it had disappeared. We called the towing company, they advised that they had towed my vehicle. I explained that I had permission from the owner. They told me that did not matter. I was given the address to pick my car up. I went to pick my car up and explained that I had permission to park where I was, and asked if they could lower their price, as it was over the price legally allowed by ************. They advised that I was "lucky they didn't charge me more." I paid their bill, asked for a receipt to which they replied that one would be emailed to me. I was told an amount of $350. My credit card was charged $390. I never received a receipt. They also damaged my car with the wheel lift on the tow truck, and when I filed a claim with their insurance, they denied that they even towed my vehicle. I found pictures on Phoenix's website that showed PUC-T-*****. I called PUC, and they told me that this PUC has been revoked from **************. I called PUC, they advised that the correct PUC-T-***** is the one that the company should be using. This company should not be in business due to their predatory tactics.

  I agree with the other reviews. 1 star is being very generous! This company is so unethical! I had just gotten out of my car hadn't even fully left the parking yet for them to know in which direction I was headed, I was meeting the rest of my party in the parking lot so we can walk together. They had my car hooked ** in seconds. They have one black pickup parked and their tow trucks nearby and as soon as you get out of your car they come up and take it again without confirming that you in fact aren't going to the place of business designated for that parking. They are very unprofessional and unethical! I ended up getting my car unhooked only after unnecessary confrontation. I watched them do this to numerous people and after seeing their yelp reviews it sounds like this is their standard practice!

  1 star feels like too much for them. No surprise that they are not BBB accredited. This company is nothing but predatory con-men who vulture around parking lots and wait to strike. Predatory, unprofessional, and extremely sketchy. The community would be better without this business (con) in it

  Was parked and came back and saw my car lifted and taken away. *** after the tow driver and he clearly saw me and just sped up. There was no signs. Called the company phone number that was on the truck and had the guy cuss at us and hang up I called the number numerous times and nothing had to get an Uber and get to the location upon arriving the driver was very unprofessional and told me that I should of known they tell me this at the **** About parking. Im out of state ! Predatory thiefs very unprofessional and rude ! 350$ later and finally got my car back. Upon checking my car it had scratches on the bumper my car clearly just got painted !

  PREDATORY company! Parked my vehicle in a spot that was NOT marked no parking in any way. Literally away from my car less than 5 minutes and it was gone! $250 later and absolutely no apology or explanation. These people are total scum, just look at their Yelp reviews.
