              As a real estate agent I could not recommend Equitable Title for my closings. They did not communicate or respond in a timely manner. I received my closing documents 7-days after closing. This was after several e-mails and phone calls on my part. Their reason for the delay "Mrs******* left our employ with no notice and we have been scrambling a bit to figure out how many tasks she left open and get them closed. Unfortunately, this was clearly one that was not handled timely." When I requested some sort of discount for the inconvenience I received the following reply "you will not be receiving a discount for a slight delay in electronic copies of closing documents"Is this a Title company you would want to handle your transactions?
