    2/22/22 Purchased wheels and tires from Discount Tire for $2,980.11. Arranged with Tire Storage for the storage of original rims and tires, paid on time since.5/11 requested/received summer tires and rims and TS took back the winter set of tires post-appointment at Discount Tire, winter rims had less than ***** miles on them since new.10/26 Online request submitted requesting winter tire/rim delivery and advising of 11/4/22 appointment.11/4 At my appointment and was advised that Tire Storage had not delivered the tires and rims. I spoke to ****** at Discount who said he was in contact with **** the delivery driver and **** the manager about this and they would be in touch with me. I called from Discount Tire and spoke to **** who advised that the tires and rims could not be located due to a rogue or very incapable employee. I agreed to give him a week or so to look for them.11/10 Left VM requesting update.11/16 Received call from **** apologizing for the misplaced or mislabeled tires and asking if I might be ok receiving replacements of Audi OEM rims and tires of a correct size as an option in lieu of original items. I said maybe but would have to understand what I would be receiving. Sent email 11/16 to *********************************** giving **** additional guidance as to color/size of acceptable replacements in lieu of the exact items. 11/30 left VM message at ************ requesting status update, did not receive a return call.12/3 Received invoice from TS requesting regular monthly payment for stored tires.12/6 Forwarded this email to *********************************** asking why I should be paying for tires and rims that cant be located and requesting a status update. No response received.12/14 Left a voice mail requesting a status update, no response received.12/20 sent demand letter for compensation in the amount of $3,362.00 representing the replacement value of equivalent rims and tires that I will have to purchase. No response received

    With regard to my complaint filed earlier this months against Tire Storage **** please be advised that the company has satisfactorily resolved this issue and I would like to withdraw or note it as resolved.  Please advise process for this.

    Hi , I used Seasonal tire storage Inc to store 3 sets tires off season for a monthly fee. 2 sets of studded tires and one set of non-studded winter tires with rims. I asked online for my winter tires to be delivered to a shop for winter tire swap ( standard procedure ). When I went to the shop the tires where not. No one called or communicated to tell anything. I called the owner of the storage company, he said he will investigate the incident. I made an appointment with another shop and requested my tires too be delivered again. **** contacted me and said the tires are lost. *** said he will handle the matter in a honorable way. He did not . I practically started chasing him to the phone to get answers. I gave him multiple deadlines that he ignored. I waited more than one week. I called him today , and he had no answers or solutions. He just wants to buy time. I just want my tires. This business is a scam. He knows the tires and wheels that I had stored with him.

    **** went above and beyond to get things squared out. He is a honest man with great work ethics. I wish him and his business the best of luck. I chose to keep doing business with him because I think he is the best out there.
