            I went to this Big o to get my tires for the summer mounted. They proceed to send me home with every single wheel stud slot chewed up by their employees. I then proceed to work out a time to come back to talk to the manager/owner *****. I move the car to the shade so that it's easier for him. I even call off work to show up at a time convenient for him only for him to just say that I am lying and that all this was damaged by myself and he's done nothing wrong. He then proceeds to say he's going to make sure no one else wants to work with me since I'm obviously lying. What angers me the most is that they damaged everything and then sent me home to find out later and then proceed to try and gaslight me into believing it was all my fault when I know for a fact it's not. I attached pictures of before and after so that the damage is obviously visible. And more images of visible if need be. I'd greatly appreciate it if I never have to interact with that man in my life again.

            DO NOT GO HERE, YOU VEHICLE ENDS UP WORST THEN WHEN IT WENT IN. I took my vehicle for tires they said something was wrong with the CV axle. I set up appointment for repairs, picked up vehicle it was making grinding noises as if metal was hitting metal. I took it in they were very rude they treat you as if your stupid and said I have to pay if it was not related to repairs. Even though that wasn't an issued until they worked on it. I get it back and they just apologize drove it and now my sensor light is on I call and they are short and don't care meaning I will have to make a THIRD trip for the same issue. Breck and ***** provide awful customer service and are not willing to help. ALSO, WHILE I'M WAITING THERE WERE TWO OTHERS WITH RELATED ISSUES OF WORK BEING DONE WRONG OR THEM BREAKING SOMETHING. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!

We agree that we fell short on your service by not noticing the noise being caused by the brake assembly backing plate after the replacement axle was installed. We are sorry that it caused you an extra trip to our store and the frustration you felt about it. We know that you have a Tire Pressure light on now, and that is often a result of the cold weather we have been experiencing. We would be more than happy to check the air pressure in all of your tires at any location. Please let us know if we can help you with this issue.
