"We reached out to Allstream customer service earlier this week to cancel our Allstream account, # REMOVED, believing that we were giving the 30-day notice for a service that began in November of 2022 with a term of 36-months, expiring on 11/16/2025. We were then told that the services we believed were beginning after we signed the Service Agreement werent added to our Allstream account until 8 months later and if we canceled now, we would be charged an Early Termination Fee of $3,128." ...
