SkinnyFit was offering a 3-week trial, so I decided to go for it. I wanted to make sure I knew when the trial ended, so I checked their policies and it said the trial started the day of order - NOT the day received. I ordered on August 12 and the product did not arrive until August 24, so my "3-week" trial was actually 9 days. According to the website, it takes about a month to see results so I'm not sure why they even offer this terrible trial.Before my trial ended, I sent an email according to the directions on the website saying I didn't want the product, and the email returned to me saying it wasn't a real address. I double checked, and it was the exact address listed on the company's website.THEY SET ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I was charged the next month for $60. I had no idea they added a subscription: there is no way to log in to their website and see your account. When I called to get my money back, I was told I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. Then she asked if I would still cancel if she gave me a 25% discount. I said no. She put me on hold to get everything canceled. When she came back, our conversation went like this:Service Representative: "I've got everything ready to cancel, but can I offer you a 50% discount to stay with us?"Me: "No. I want my money back. Please stop offering discounts; I do not want to buy your product."Rep: "Okay, great. So can I offer you a 75% discount?"I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and their joke of a free trial. I also feel like waiting 2-3 weeks for a refund on a product I never agreed to buy is ridiculous, and their customer service DOES NOT LISTEN.Terrible company. VERY MUCH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!I tried the promotional of getting the product for seven day trial and only paying the shipping of six dollars. When I was about to press the button I noticed they said I will be charged *****. The product hasnt yet arrived, and I called them and requested that I be canceled on 7/11 from their subscription and they said as long as I sent the product back, they will cancel. I received the product the Juli 17th. I mailed it right back July 18 never opened the product ,never used the product and then I track the package back to them. I see it arrived on July 23 and today July 31 they sent me an email telling me that my subscription was canceled and they took ***** from my bank account.Review from Morgan A

Even if you return the product from their little scam of a free trial they still charge and refuse refund to you then say theyll cancel your subscription making it a double scam. This company will fall eventually as their products and promises are fake along with scamming people out of their money, in this economy at that.Review from Lorraine N

False Advertisement! Stated that the product was free just pay for shipping. Today they tried to take $100 out my account mind you I never received the merchandise. So I asked them to cancel whatever was going on with this product. The representative told me no she cant and they will continue to try to get the money from my card. Even after I told her that I didnt received the merchandise and I dont want to try it for no $100 because thats wasnt advertised. So told me they will still continue to get the payment out my account. After I told her that I didnt received the product. She wasnt trying to hear nothing that I said to her. This company has the worst contact information and customer service. I regret even falling for the trial period. The policy on cancellations and refunds should be amended immediately. Why does it take longer than 48 hours to receive an email back? This company is a scam and is quick to take your money but slow to refund, cancel and communicate.Review from Heather H

I tried a trial of the Skinny Fit and I did not receive any email, or anywhere did it say they would take ***** out of my account for a subscription. I was never aware of this. I then bought the skinny fit powder, and it was *****, when I called to ask why I have 2 charges customer service rep was rude and I said no I want my money to refund the ***** and *****. She indicated they would refund half I said no I was never aware of a ***** subscription fee. They then tell me when I receive my product, they will send me a shipping label to send back. 5 emails to this company with no response. This is the worse company, and they are very deceiving and take your money. I would not RECOMMEND ANYONE buy any products from them unless you want to be scammed out of your money.Review from Barbara M

So I ordered the 21 day free trial from Skinny Fit, LLC. Here's my experience. 1. Free trial starts the day you order it and it takes 10 days to get to you, so you really only have 11 days free.2. You can cancel your order before the 21 days are up; however, it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to process returned products, therefore, you will be charged on the 21st day even though you call in to cancel it. They say they will refund this charge, but you won't see the refund for about 4 weeks from the time you get charged.My advice, while the product may work well; it would be cheaper and better to just get your formula from the vitamin shop or health food store. If zero stars was an option, that's what this company deserves. They are deceptive and I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I did the "cancel anytime" subscription. I'm still waiting on a refund from a product returned 5/2/24.Review from Alexis R

I did the "try before you buy" and all I had to pay is shipping. Did that, cancelled before the 21st day was up, but since then every other day they have been trying to take $54.45 out of my bank account. I haven't been paid yet so they were unable to. But now they got the money. I informed them that I cancelled my subscription before the 21 days are up. I return the product to them after they sent me a label to send back. After doin all that, they still took $54.45 out of my account. When I got the product there was no instructions on the fact that I will still get charge if I don't return the product within 21 days. I did not receive a return label to send the product back if I did not like. There was no terms and conditions about "the try before you buy." I have gone back and forth with them in emails about this. This is poor business etiquette. If you are trying something before you buy something, shouldn't that company provide you with the terms and conditions of the try before you buy and also provide you with a return label in the package so you are able to return it within 21 days. What Skinny Fit did is wait until the 21st day is up even though you cancelled before the 21st day, and then try to charge your account and then say you have to pay for the product and then we will send you a return label and pay back only a portion of the total amount of $54.45. How does that work? Even if it is returned you still have to pay. I have never been this disappointed in a company before in my life. The funny thing is, is that the money they kept trying to get was for future orders of the product, even though I cancelled it. After I called them out on the fact that I cancelled within the 21st day, then they turn around and said you still have to pay for the product we sent you or the product needs to be returned before the 21 days is up. That was never mentioned in anything I received from them and no label was provided.
